Corporate World Wear is a Fashion retail company with a focus on corporate wears and the corporate world. We offer a wide range of products and services for the corporate world.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate sales leads.
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
– Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and quotas.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
– Keep records of customer interactions, create and process customer accounts and file documents.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
– Document knowledge in the form of solution articles.

Qualifications and Experience:
– Must reside in Lagos.
– Must be innovative and possess problem solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Bachelor’s Degree in Social sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Salary:
N70,000 – N80,000 per month.
