Customer Service Representative

Fully onsite, Mon to Fri

Salary: 150k

Job Description:

General Sales Management
Taking Customers orders and confirming payments
Assist Customers with products knowledge
Communicate Customers Feedbacks on Products
Preparation of invoices using Quickbooks and other softwares/apps
Respond to customers’ request via emails, phone calls and text messages
Handling and responding to customers’ complaints
Ensure prompt and accurate management of orders, processing and delivery

Requirements: HND/1st Degree in Commercial or humanities discipline

Experience 2 to 3 years with CRM knowledge
