Hiring a Customer Service Representative

📍Sangotedo,Ajah

Salary: 80,000

Job Duties:
1 Manage and respond to inquiries from all online and offline customers.
2 Attend to walk-in customers and assist with their purchases.
3 Operate the sales system for order processing and inventory management.
4 Package items appropriately for dispatch and facilitate the order process, including pickup or delivery arrangements.
5 Issue invoices, including delivery fees, and provide company account details for payment.
6 Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
7 Post product pictures on social media platforms.
8 Follow up with customers to confirm receipts

Job Requirements:
1 Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
2 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
3 Proficiency in using social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram).
4 Basic knowledge of inventory management.
5 Experience with ERP systems
