Job Position: Custom Service Representative
Location: Karis Plaza Merian
Salary: 50 – 70k
Qualification: minimum of SSCE and must basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Duties

 Position: Handles customer inquiries and
resolves issues.
 Responsibilities:
o Provides first-level support for buyer and seller
inquiries.
o Directs unresolved issues to the appropriate
department.
o Ensures customer satisfaction by resolving
complaints promptly.
o Maintains a detailed log of customer interactions to
improve service delivery
