– Basic Salary: ₦100,000

– Bonus Package: ₦20,000

*Job Description:*

We’re seeking an experienced, passionate Collection Trainer to join our growing organization. As a Training Manager, you’ll train, motivate, and encourage collection staff to enhance productivity and support our firm’s collections efforts.

*Job Responsibilities:*

– Train, motivate, and provide feedback to collection staff and management

– Develop and implement effective collection training programs

– Continuously update training modules and courses

– Address procedural and systematic questions from employees

– Collaborate with HR and Call Center Managers during hiring

– Design and maintain monthly contests and incentives

– Demonstrate expertise in team development and structuring

– Administer disciplinary measures (under Call Center Management guidance)

– Other duties as assigned by Senior Call Center Manager

*Qualifications:*

– 1-2 years training experience in a call center environment

– 2+ years management experience

– Proven ability to improve call center productivity through effective coaching

– MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook) and quick adaptability to new systems

– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

– Highly organized with attention to detail
