JOB TITLE: MANAGER – CAKE COMPANY

JOB TYPE: ONSITE, FULL TIME

LOCATION: FESTAC

SALARY: 150,000 NAIRA

WORK DAYS: MONDAY – SATURDAY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cake Company Manager for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and a proven track record in managing a successful cake business.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

– Minimum of an HND in Hospitality.

– Proven experience managing a cake business, including production, marketing, and sales.

– Strong leadership and management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Creative and innovative thinking.

– Passion for baking and a strong understanding of cake design and production techniques.

– Must reside within or around Festac, Amuwo Odofin Axis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Oversee all aspects of the cake production process, from recipe development to quality control.

– Manage a team of bakers, decorators, and other staff members.

– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote the company’s brand.

– Manage the company’s finances, including budgeting, pricing, and inventory control.

– Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.

– Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
