Job Title: Business Manager – Cooling Systems

Location: Surulere, Lagos.

Salary: #100,000-#120,000.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee the commercial and operational aspects of our cooling system business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring efficient operations to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
– Manage sales teams, including setting goals, providing training, and evaluating performance.
– Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
– Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of cooling systems.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
– Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
– Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
– Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
– Analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions.
– Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

Requirements:
1. HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in a business management or operations role.
3. Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to travel.
