Requirements and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• ICAN, ACCA and other Accounting certifications or membership is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards, tax regulations, pension and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Company-wide Audit process.
• Working knowledge of MICROSOFT suite, G-suite, basic accounting software.
• Must possess good organization skills, excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, problem-solving attitude and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
