Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
UI/UX Design: Ensure a seamless user experience by implementing best practices in UI/UX design.
Graphic & Visual Design: Develop design elements such as images, banners, buttons, and icons using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
Website Optimization: Optimize website speed, performance, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement design concepts.
Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update and maintain website content, structure, and performance.
SEO & Accessibility Compliance: Ensure website designs follow SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct usability testing and troubleshoot design-related issues.

Requirements :

Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web accessibility standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of basic JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery) is an advantage.
