Job Description

We are an international fashion brand specializing in urbanizing traditional African wear to exemplify the quality and test of preference that evokes royalty and elegance.

Location Requirements: Must reside within Abuja.

Core Responsibilities
• selling of products and services
• Handle inbound customer service calls
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service and experience
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice while providing empathy and offering helpful solutions
• Continuous training and skill development
• Use of retail software for sales and report submission

Qualifications
• Exceptional listening and communication skills both written and verbal
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and technical customer service support
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screen and product efficiently while assisting the customer
• Must have B.Sc., in a related field (Completed NYSC is an added advantage)
• Must be courteous
