Job Description/Requirements
WOOD ET-AL Limited seeks skilled and experienced Client Services Representatives in its Lagos and Abuja offices.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in interior design and fit out preferably in the furniture manufacturing sector or construction sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client leads simultaneously.
• A passion for delivering high-quality results.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and manage sales plans, sales proposals and billings.
• Turn sales leads to projects.
• Obtain client briefs and develop mood boards.
• Stay abreast of latest design trends and reflect in sales proposals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, and communications.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety within the project team and on-site.
• Analyze sales program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and document lessons learned.
• Implement strategies for future project enhancements based on evaluations.
Required Qualification
• Five (5) years or more experience in a similar position.
• Interior design/Architecture or related.
• HND, B.Sc., or its equivalent.
• Available to travel when required.
Working Hours
• 8 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday)
• 9 am – 4 pm (Saturday)
