Working Hours: Mondays – Fridays,
6AM-3PM Central European Time
1PM-10PM Asia/Manila
11PM-8AM Central Standard Time

As a Senior WordPress Developer / AI Expert at Growmodo, your mission is to develop high-performing, AI-enhanced WordPress websites that push the boundaries of design, functionality, and automation. You’ll leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to build scalable, visually compelling, and optimized websites that drive real business impact

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Optimize: Build custom WordPress themes and plugins with clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Leverage AI: Utilize AI-powered development tools to streamline coding, design automation, and performance optimization.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences that exceed client expectations through creative problem-solving.
Enhance Performance: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Ensure Security & Scalability: Implement best practices in security, compliance, and AI-enhanced performance monitoring.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions into web development.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest WordPress advancements, AI-powered automation tools, and emerging web technologies.
Lead & Mentor: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.

Must-Haves:

Proficiency: Strong expertise in WordPress development, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
AI Integration: Experience with AI-driven web development tools, automation frameworks, or machine learning-powered optimizations.
Customization & Troubleshooting: Ability to build custom themes, develop plugins, and resolve complex website performance issues.
Performance & Security: Hands-on experience optimizing website speed, security, and AI-enhanced error detection.
SEO & Best Practices: Deep understanding of SEO-friendly development, structured data, and modern web standards.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze, experiment, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve workflows and site performance.
Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience in mentoring junior developers, leading projects, and ensuring high-quality code standards.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage development timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a remote team.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work in a team-oriented, feedback-driven environment.
