Job Title: Secretary to the MD

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

* We are a group of companies in the Oil & Gas industry, and we are looking for a very experienced secretary preferrably a female, for gender balance to professionally handle the business activities of the MD.

Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
* Assist with preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
* Support planning and logistics for meetings and events, ensuring efficient follow-through.

Requirements

* B.Sc in Law, Office Administration, Business Studies, or a related field
3+ years experience as a secretary, PA, or executive assistant.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Punctual, reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information.

Salary
N160,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
