We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Ijora, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyse and interpret data related to sales, market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity.
Generate regular reports that provide insights into business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Support the cluster heads in monitoring key performance indicators across regions covered and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Strategic Support:

Assist in the development of business strategies and action plans by providing data-driven recommendations.
Work with regional and central teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements and man-power efficiency enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Provide actionable recommendations and analytical support for ongoing business initiatives and projects.
Facilitate the flow of information between departments, ensuring alignment on key projects and objectives.
Process Improvement & Change Management:

Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve decision-making processes.
Ad-hoc Analysis & Problem-Solving:

Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reports as needed to support urgent business decisions or regional initiatives.
Proactively identify business challenges and work with the cluster heads to resolve them effectively.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and regions.
