Customer Care Representative
– Location: Lagos Mainland
– Salary: ₦200,000 per month
– Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services

Requirements:

– 1-2 years of experience in customer service
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills
