Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative (1 Slots) for Night Shift – A male for gender balance

Location: Ajah
Workdays: Monday – Saturday (5pm – 9am)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 100k

Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and generating sales leads to drive business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting thr products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Generate sales leads and follow up on potential customers.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
5. Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
1. Education: OND
2. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service and sales
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
