A fast rising Interior Design company is looking to hire an experienced and competent Customer Service Personnel

Responsibilities
* Approach customers as they enter the showroom, inquire about the type of furniture/product they want.
* Manage the sales process, politely respond to questions/inquires raised by customers, and close every sale with customers.
* Constantly learn about new products and be able to explain specific features of various products to customers as well as knowing the price list off hand
* Process quotes and sales orders and also issue receipts, and invoices.
* Conduct follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to sell products and services.

Requirements
* A Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or any relevant field
* Minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in sales, marketing, merchandising or related field.
* Passionate individual about customer service
* Honest and responsible.
* Neat and tidy individual who is detailed and able to share accurate reports.
* Great team player .
* Fluency in English
* A Christian

Salary
N120,000- N150,000 Monthly.
