Job Duties

Conduct market research, financial analysis, and performance reporting to drive strategic decisions.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to support business forecasting and budgeting.
Manage cross-functional projects, set milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to support business continuity.
Serve as a liaison between the GM, Operations and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, reports, and technical documents for executive review.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and following up on action items.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
