Job Description

Food Processing
Monitoring the standard of ingredients
Maintenance of facility for daily production
Managing all equipment and Raw material
Ensuring adherence to all SOPs
Organization of finished products and follow-up with clients
Packaging and Arranging finished goods for Sale
Other duties as applicable or assigned Requirements and skills
Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including fryers and cutters
Understanding of food safety practices.
Requirements

HND / BSc in Food Technology / Food Science. OND may also apply.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a food processing company
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel spreadsheets & Powerpoint.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of processing operations management and reporting.
Good interpersonal skills.
