- We are looking for a User Experience/ User Interface (UX/UI) Designer who shares our passion for great design, has a love for research and data and a drive to revolutionize the healthcare industry.
- A quick-thinking problem solver who works well with all types of people in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
- Must have a diverse portfolio demonstrating mastery of craft and a track record of results for multiple platforms and products.
Responsibilities
- Creating intuitive and seamless user experiences for our products, ensuring they meet the needs of the end-users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and healthcare experts to gather insights and implement design solutions that align with our users’ needs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and functionality, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain valuable insights into user behaviors and preferences, driving data-informed design decisions.
- Craft visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience, adhering to design systems and brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs are accessible to users of all abilities, incorporating inclusive design principles to create an accessible and inclusive healthcare experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously enhance our products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a diverse portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of industry tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a track record of translating complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in creating UX documentation, including user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, assets, icons, mockups, and storyboards.
- Ability to plan and conduct user testing, surveys, and formal evaluations.
