Job Description:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for CustemHR and Synergy.
• Write and design email content targeted at companies outside Nigeria for consulting services.
• Manage email lists and segment audiences for personalized messaging.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate outreach to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and top companies for the upcoming event of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a certificate in the related field.
• Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics tools, and SEO.
• Familiarity with international business communication and cultural nuances.
