Architect/Interior Designer Needed at Matrix Design and Works in Lagos

Responsibilities:
– Create building interior designs as well as highly detailed drawings using specialized computer – aided design (CAD).
– Work closely with other building construction professionals such as building engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologist in ensuring client’s expectations are met.
– Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
– Specify clear requirement for projects through detailed and error-free designs.
– Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problem that may arise during construction.
– Take client’s briefs, prepare drawings according to specification and see to the general coordination of projects from start to finish.
– Get feedbacks on provided services and resolve client’s complaint.
– Ensure quality of all designs, drawings and projects.
– Adhere to line manager’s instruction and directives on every design and drawings.
– Have an innovative mindset that continually seeks improvement, growth and development of the department.
