Junior Architect Needed at Craneburg Construction Company in Lagos State

Job Description

A leading construction company is recruiting for a JUNIOR ARCHITECT position.

LOCATION: Lagos
WORKMODE: ONSITE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To support in the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
* Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.
* Creating work models and modelling for space.
* Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.
* Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.
* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
* 5 years minimum technical experience in Architectural designs in a well-structured work environment.
* Minimum of BSc in Architecture.

REMUNERATION: Salary is from 200k – 300k net, HMO, GLI, PENSION, and other benefits.
