– 2-3 years of proven experience as a Digital & Social Media Officer or similar role.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
– Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.
– Analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
