Job Title: Sector Head, HNI Sector – Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Location: Port Harcourt

Job Overview:
As the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the HNI Sector, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding the bank’s High Net worth Individual (HNI) client portfolio. To assist in leading and managing the HNI sector, contributing to business growth, client acquisition, and retention, while ensuring exceptional service delivery and risk management.

Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of strategies to attract new HNI clients and expand existing relationships through proactive engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
* Assist in overseeing client portfolios, ensuring they are structured effectively to optimize growth and mitigate risks, and help monitor performance to meet client expectations.
* Provide customized financial planning, investment, and advisory services to meet each client’s unique financial goals and objectives.
* Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decisions.
* Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, ensuring their banking needs are met through personalized service.

Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related role with direct exposure to HNI clients.
* Proficiency in investment and financial planning products and a solid understanding of high-net-worth portfolio management.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements within private banking to ensure that all client interactions and portfolio decisions align with ethical standards.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and contribute to strategic planning and client advisory services.
