Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Utility Personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.

Job Title: Utility Personnel (Male)
Location; Lekki Phase 1
Resumption date: Must be ready to Resume immediately

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning.
2. Assist skilled tradespeople, like electricians, plumbers, and carpenters.
3. Operate and maintain equipment, like generators.
4. Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
5. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
6. Collaborate with other team to support events, projects, and daily operations.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. SSCE,diploma or technical experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
