We are seeking a Digital Marketer/ Graphics designer/ IT support that will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning and effective graphic designs that align with our brand identity and client requirements. You will produce compelling graphics for a variety of digital and print mediums. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills while working on diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
 Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, website graphics, and more.
 Design and maintain consistent branding elements across all platforms.
 Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on projects.
 Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
 Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
 Set specific objectives and report on ROI
 Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
 Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
 Timeliness in delivering of assigned task.
Qualifications:
Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree/ HND or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
