Responsibilities:

•  Oversee daily operations and ensure the branch meets performance targets.

•  Lead and mentor a team of technicians, sales executives, and customer service representatives.

•  Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and profitability.

•  Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

•  Proven 4-5 years experience in managing teams within the solar, energy, or construction industry.

•  Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive performance in a dynamic environment.

•  Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a results-driven mindset.
