Job Title: Hausa, Igbo & Yoruba Contact Centre/ Telemarketing Agents

Job Location: Ikeja & Marina, Lagos State

Industry: Banking

Salary: N125,000 Net Plus HMO & Pension

Responsibilities:
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
Make Cold calls to potential customers to generate sales
Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database understandably.

Requirements:
BSC or HND with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or sales or business development
Must be able to read and write any of the Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo Languages.
Sales flair
Excellent communication skill
