Role: Group Executive Director, Operations

Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: N2.5m monthly, N30m yearly

Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the group’s operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement operational strategy aligned with business objectives
– Lead operational activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
– Manage operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
– Promote strong HSE culture and maintain quality assurance/control systems
– Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas
– Build relationships with clients, suppliers, regulators, and stakeholders
– Monitor performance using KPIs and track progress

What We Are Looking For:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
– 15+ years of Drilling and Well Completion management experience
– In-depth knowledge of operational processes, project management, and industry regulations
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
