Job Title: Registered Nurse (Female)

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (Net)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on Lagos Island. The ideal candidate will be a female nurse with 2 to 3 years of nursing experience and a strong foundation in patient care. This role demands a candidate who is not only passionate about healthcare but also adept with computer literacy, as electronic medical record management will be part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.
Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, using computer systems and software tools.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a doctor.
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:
Must be a female Registered Nurse.
2-3 years of nursing experience.
Computer literate, with experience in medical record systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
