RESPONSIBILITIES
● Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers in both the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
● Generate sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and referrals.
● Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to clients and how they meet their specific needs.
● Evaluate customer requirements and design custom HVAC solutions tailored to their specific needs.
● Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed during and after installation.
● Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
● Ensure proper handover of projects to the installation and service teams while maintaining involvement to oversee customer needs.
● Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the HVAC industry.
● Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry challenges.
● Participate in regular sales meetings to share insights, challenges, and successes with the team.
● Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to stay informed about product developments and technical advancements.
● Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies in collaboration with the finance and engineering teams.
Education Qualification & Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience 5 years in HVAC sales, technical support, or engineering roles.
● Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
● Experience working with residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC projects.
