Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Job Overview:
The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items promptly to customers, partners, and clients. The role requires punctuality, safe riding, and excellent customer service. The dispatch rider will ensure that all deliveries are made accurately and in good condition while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collect and deliver packages, documents, and other items to various locations as directed.
– Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of items to customers, clients, or partners.
– Keep track of delivery schedules and report on completed deliveries.
– Verify the recipient’s identity before releasing the items.
– Maintain and ensure that the motorcycle is in good working condition by performing routine checks.
– Adhere to all traffic regulations and maintain safety during deliveries.
– Communicate with dispatch or logistics personnel for routing, delivery status updates, or any delivery challenges.
– Report any accidents, damage, or issues with the vehicle or delivery items immediately.
– Maintain records of deliveries and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a relevant position.
– A valid motorcycle license.
– Knowledge of road safety and traffic rules.
– Familiarity with local routes and the ability to use maps or GPS applications.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Good time management skills and reliability.
– Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
