JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES AGENT
LOCATION: ONITSHA

PAY : 77,000K, PLUS COMMISSION, PWNSION, HMO AND LEAVE ALLOWANCE
JOB SUMMARY:
To recruit, manage and grow agent network whilst also ensuring that agents are motivated and profitable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Marketing and on-boarding of active agents monthly
• Meet required financial targets/sales budgets MOM.
• Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards.
• Obtain customer information and determine eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements.
• Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services.
• Convert potential customers into sales. – Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints within stipulated SLAs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on set standards/criteria.
• Ensure correct and complete documentation of customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Timely provision of required activities, reports, feedback, or information (Call memo and other activities reporting).
• Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement.
• Collaborate with others to achieve organization and unit objectives.
• Ensuring that agents have the required merchandising materials such as transaction logbooks/receipt slips and ensure their effective usage.
• Joining in marketing campaigns – road show, storms, sales activation around agent clusters
• Channeling customers to agent locations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-2 years of experience in applicable role
• OND/HND/BSC
• Experience working in fintech or any consumer-focused business.
• High-energy, creative thinking and a demonstrated history of driving results
• High level of attention to detail
• A Collaborative mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Ms office suite
• not more than 35 years as at time of application .
