Human Resource Officer

Job Description

Qualification:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
•⁠ ⁠Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage

Experience:
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in Human Resources (minimum 1year)
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian labor laws

Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Recruitment, selection, and onboarding
•⁠ ⁠Employee relations, engagement, and development
•⁠ ⁠Performance management and compensation
